Who we are
Vantage Workplace Advisory is a Perth-based industrial relations and HR consultancy supporting employers across Australia, from small businesses to enterprise-level organisations.
Our work combines practical experience in bargaining, employee relations and workforce matters with a clear understanding of operational needs. We focus on helping employers make informed decisions, navigate workplace issues and put practical arrangements in place. Advice is shaped around the business, the people involved and the circumstances of each matter.
Experience grounded in industry
Our approach reflects experience across resources, construction, maritime and infrastructure, where workforce decisions need to account for operational demands, working relationships and the applicable workplace relations system.
We draw on published decisions, enterprise agreements and industry research to inform our advice. This helps place workplace issues in context and explain the options available, including whether the state or national system applies.
How we work
The Vantage Method provides a clear structure: assess, plan, resolve, embed. We begin by understanding the issue and the desired outcome, then explain the options and agree a practical plan.
A dedicated lead adviser manages each matter throughout the agreed engagement. Recommendations are provided in writing, with support to put them into practice. Fixed fees are agreed upfront for a defined scope of work. Where appropriate, we also help strengthen policies, processes and manager capability.

We act for employers only. Our focus is on clear advice, workable processes and constructive management of workplace obligations and relationships.
